At ElvonTech, we aim to deliver your orders swiftly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the regions we ship to, expected delivery times, shipping costs, and other important details about the delivery of your tech products.
Shipping Regions: We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom (UK), the United States (USA), and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We plan to expand to additional regions in the future, but at this time, orders with shipping addresses outside these areas cannot be processed. (If you reside outside of our current shipping countries and are interested in our products, please contact us – we might be able to make special arrangements or inform you when we add your region.)
Order Processing Time: Once you place an order, please allow a short processing time for us to prepare it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During this processing stage, we verify your payment, prepare the product, conduct quality checks, and package the item for shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there is any unexpected delay in processing your order (for instance, an item suddenly went out of stock or there’s an issue verifying your payment), we will notify you via email.
Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on destination and product availability. Below are our estimated shipping times after dispatch (i.e., not including the 1-3 day processing time):

United Kingdom: Approximately 3–7 business days. If the product ships from within the UK or a nearby warehouse, delivery can be on the shorter end (even 2-3 days for in-stock items). For items shipping from an international warehouse to the UK, expect closer to a week or slightly more. We strive to use efficient shipping methods to the UK.

United States: Approximately 7–15 business days. Many of our items can reach U.S. addresses within about 1–2 weeks. Delivery to major metro areas may be faster than to remote locations. Occasionally, customs processing or high seasonal volume (e.g., holiday rush) can affect transit times.

United Arab Emirates: Approximately 5–10 business days. Shipments to the UAE often arrive within 1 week, especially to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other major cities. Some items might ship from Asia or Europe directly to the UAE, generally arriving within the stated window.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can be sooner or later for reasons outside our control (such as customs delays, carrier issues, or unforeseen logistical challenges). If a delivery is taking longer than expected, feel free to contact us and we will help investigate the delay.
Shipping Methods and Carriers: We partner with reputable international and local carriers to deliver your orders. Depending on your location and the item ordered, we may ship via services like Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or local postal partners in your country. We will choose the carrier that we believe will deliver your package most efficiently. If you have a preference or special requirement (for example, needing a certain carrier due to your location), please contact us before or immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method for your order:

For some regions or promotions, we may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. If applicable, details will be advertised on our Site (e.g., “Free UK shipping on orders over £100”).

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout after you enter your address, before you confirm payment. We strive to keep shipping rates reasonable and in line with the actual cost to deliver to you.

We may offer multiple shipping options (standard, expedited, etc.) depending on the destination. You can choose your preferred option at checkout, and the associated cost and delivery estimate will be displayed.

Any applicable import duties or taxes (for international shipments) are not included in our product or shipping prices (see Customs section below).
Customs, Duties & Taxes: If you are ordering from outside the UK (for example, a customer in the USA or UAE receiving goods from the UK or another country), your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your local customs authority. These fees are typically charged when the shipment reaches your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. ElvonTech has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, since customs policies vary widely by country. Here’s what to keep in mind:

Import Duties/Taxes: You as the customer are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes levied by your country on the purchase. We encourage you to check your country’s customs policies if you’re unsure. (For example, in the USA, many tech items under a certain value may not incur duties, but in the UAE, VAT at 5% might apply to imports.)

Customs Clearance Delays: Occasionally, customs processing can delay delivery. We provide all necessary paperwork to clear your package, but processing times differ by country. If your package is delayed in customs, you might need to contact your local customs office or provide additional documentation. We will assist as much as we can to help resolve any issues.

Customs Brokerage Fees: The shipping carrier may also charge a fee for clearing the package through customs (sometimes called a brokerage fee). This is also the recipient’s responsibility.

Refusal of Package: If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the package might be abandoned or returned to us. In case of a return, we can refund the product price minus any return shipping costs or fees we incur (assuming the item comes back to us). If the package is abandoned and not returned, we may not be able to issue a refund. To avoid such situations, please be aware of your country’s import rules before ordering.
We clearly label all international shipments with the correct product values and descriptions as required by law. If you need any documentation or help regarding customs, please reach out.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information. The email will include a tracking number and a link or instructions on how to track the package. You can also log in to your ElvonTech account (if you created one) and check your order status and tracking info on our website. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update from the time you receive the shipping notification, especially if the package is coming from overseas. If you have trouble tracking your shipment or have questions about status, contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they might ship from different warehouses or suppliers (for example, if one item is in a UK warehouse and another ships directly from a manufacturer in a different country). In such cases, the items may arrive in separate packages and possibly on different dates. We will provide tracking for each package if your order is split into multiple shipments. You will not be charged extra for split shipments – any shipping cost shown at checkout covers the entire order.
Delivery Issues: We do our best to ensure successful delivery of every order, but occasionally issues can arise:

Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. An error in the address (like a missing apartment number or postal code) can cause delays or returns. If we notice an address issue, we may reach out to you for confirmation. If a package is returned to us due to an address problem or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping in such cases).

Missed Delivery Attempts: Depending on the carrier, a signature may be required for delivery (especially for high-value items). If no one is available to receive the package, the courier might leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Please follow up with the carrier as instructed on any notice (or via the tracking info) to receive your package. Packages left at your doorstep are your responsibility; if you prefer signature required for delivery to ensure it’s not left unattended, please let us know when ordering.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, first check with other members of your household or neighbors (it’s possible the package was left in a safe place or accepted by someone on your behalf). If it’s still missing, contact us and the carrier promptly. We will work with you to investigate. Carriers often have specific procedures for handling lost packages. While this is outside of our direct control, we will do our best to assist. In some cases, we may send a replacement or issue a refund after the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Delayed Delivery: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please notify us. We will contact the shipping carrier to locate the package. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, or logistical backlogs. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will take appropriate action to replace or refund your order.
Shipping Insurance: All orders are insured against damage or loss in transit by default (either through the carrier or through our own shipping insurance, depending on the method). If you receive your order and find an item is damaged from shipping, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy (section on Damaged on Arrival) for instructions on how to report it. We will ensure you are not out-of-pocket for items that were damaged before they reached you.
Holiday Shipping & Demand: During peak shopping seasons (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes and carrier capacity. We will post any known cutoff dates or delays on our Site to help you plan your orders. We encourage ordering as early as possible during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
Changes to this Policy: We may update our Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping practices or carrier options. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We recommend reviewing this policy whenever you place an order to stay informed of our current practices.
